Editorial conclusions on Kawaii Toons are independent of affiliate commissions. We do not sell placement in “best of” lists, invent testing labels for partners, or cloak affiliate destinations. Product links may earn money when someone buys; that income does not decide the verdict.
Corrections
If something is wrong — a model name, a testing status, a broken claim, or an outdated recommendation — we want to fix it. Contact us through the contact page with the URL, what is incorrect, and any source we should check. Material corrections are reflected in the article and its updated date when we change the page.
Product selection
We choose products because they fit a reader question (washable markers for shared tables, beginner drawing tools, craft kits with honest mess notes, and so on). Selection may consider availability through affiliate programs we use, but availability alone is not a reason to invent praise or hide drawbacks.
We prefer clear exact models over vague “brand vibe” recommendations.
Gifts and samples
Gifted, provided, or borrowed products must be disclosed with the matching status label. A free unit never becomes “purchased independently.” If access was limited, we say so. We do not invent gift stories.

Use of AI as an editorial assistant
We may use AI tools to help draft outlines, tighten wording, check consistency, or organize structure. AI is an assistant — not a source of fake personal testing, fake credentials, or fabricated customer-service stories.
Human review requirements
Before publishing reviews, buying guides, and trust pages, a human editor is responsible for:
- verifying testing-status labels match the evidence on the page
- removing invented measurements, trips, or ownership claims
- checking that affiliate disclosures and model names are accurate
- confirming printables and character pages do not over-promise commercial content
AI output that cannot be verified does not ship.
No fabricated experiences
We do not fabricate:
- personally tested sessions
- purchase or gift stories
- lab results, bleed scores, or wash tests we did not perform
- reader counts, awards, or “as seen in” claims
- founder credentials or timelines
